We are currently seeking a Certification Manager to oversee and coordinate the certification of organic products in accordance with EU organic regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the organic certification process in Bulgaria.
Ensure compliance with EU Regulation (EU) 2018/848 and other applicable standards.
Supervise and train local inspection and certification staff.
Liaise with clients, authorities, and accreditation bodies.
Review inspection reports and issue certification decisions.
Ensure all procedures and documentation meet internal and external quality requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the certification system.

Required Qualifications:

University degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Environmental Science or related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in organic certification or inspection.
Solid knowledge of EU organic regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Fluency in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to travel occasionally within the region.
