Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager (remote)
Summary & Objective
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for equipping our sales organization with the knowledge, tools, content, and training needed to improve sales productivity and effectiveness. The Sales Enablement Manager will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to ensure our sales teams have the necessary resources to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Training & Onboarding: Develop and implement a structured onboarding program for new sales hires, ensuring they quickly gain the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed.
  • Content Development & Management: Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create and maintain a centralized repository of sales collateral, including playbooks, case studies, battle cards, and presentations.
  • Process Optimization: Work with Global and Revenue Operations to refine and enhance the sales process, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.
  • Technology & Tools Enablement: Train sales teams on the effective use of CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (Highspot), and other tools to optimize efficiency and performance.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and analyze sales productivity metrics to identify training needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with sales strategies.
  • Continuous Learning & Development: Design and facilitate ongoing sales training programs, workshops, and certifications to enhance selling skills and industry knowledge.
  • Sales Coaching & Best Practices: Provide coaching on sales techniques, objection handling, competitive positioning, and value-based selling.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
  • Sales & Coaching Expertise: Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) and experience in coaching sales teams.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), learning management systems (LMS), and sales enablement tools such as Seismic, Highspot, or Gong.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze sales performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging training content and deliver presentations.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Additional Competencies & Skills
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in SaaS, technology sales, or the food industry is a plus.
  • Change Management: Ability to drive change and adoption of new sales processes and tools.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Understanding of the customer journey and how sales enablement contributes to improving buyer engagement and conversions.
Collaboration & Influence: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across teams to align on goals and strategies.
