About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on, and results-driven Growth Marketing Coordinator to help grow our Testing Services in North America, Europe and Asia. You’ll own campaign planning and execution, driving demand, pipeline, and market impact across the region.
This is a remote role based in Brazil, with occasional travel to collaborate with teams. Fluent written and spoken English is required.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive the introduction and rollout of new and existing Testing & Certification services by turning strategic direction into clear, effective market activation.
- Develop and refine targeted marketing efforts to reach priority customer segments, using data and continuous optimization to grow engagement and pipeline.
- Build and execute demand-generation campaigns across channels such as email, paid and trade media, and webinars.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure messaging, positioning, and audience insights are accurately reflected in all campaign activities.
- Partner with the BDR team and Sales to support lead follow-up, improve lead quality, and maintain alignment on shared revenue goals.
- Work with Marketing Operations, the Website team, and external agencies to ensure campaigns are well-orchestrated, accurately tracked, and optimized for performance.
- Support ongoing nurture journeys that move prospects through the funnel with relevant, timely content and tailored touchpoints.
- Apply a test-and-learn approach (including A/B testing and performance reviews) to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and contribute to pipeline growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably in a service business
- Fluent English speaker; second language is a plus
- Proven track record in launching products in a global setting
- Excellent communication skills and project management abilities
- Experience working in a matrixed, global environment
- Experience with the following tools: Salesforce, PowerBI, WordPress, ChatGPT
- Pipeline generation across North American, Asian and European markets.
- Marketing-sourced lead generation and conversion
- Campaign ROI and pipeline contribution
- MQL to pipeline conversion
- Effectiveness of localized positioning and messaging
