Associate Business Development Representative

We’re hiring entry-level Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to fuel our growth engine by generating and qualifying opportunities for our sales team. As a BDR, you’ll master the art of strategic prospecting and learn how to open doors with global brands. This is the perfect launchpad into a career in SaaS sales.
What You’ll Do:
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
- Qualify prospects and convert them into discovery calls
- Research accounts and identify key decision-makers in regulatory, quality, and innovation roles
- Partner with Account Executives to support territory plans and hand off qualified opportunities
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene and report on activity metrics with precision
- Receive hands-on training and coaching to build world-class sales skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Resilient, competitive, and coachable with a growth mindset
- Able to handle rejection and keep moving forward
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields
- Base salary + commission
