As part of our AI Center of Excellence, you will contribute to high-impact initiatives that enhance eƯiciency, develop new product capabilities, and modernize existing systems. This role is ideal for a motivated developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to explore and implement cutting-edge tools in AI.
Key Responsibilities
Develop robust, maintainable, and scalable software applications
Solve complex business and process challenges through creative, data-driven solutions
Research emerging AI trends, experiment with tools, and prototype innovative solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance workflows and products using AI
Promote knowledge sharing and empower others across teams to leverage AI
Required Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions
- Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) and generative AI frameworks and workflow platforms
- Understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
- Experience in data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Enthusiastic about AI, automation, and empowering others with technology
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, .NET, or other modern programming languages
- Experience with real projects (internships, open source, Kaggle, or personal)
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of relational & document databases and data structures
- Familiarity with: o Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) o Containerization tools and orchestration o Infrastructure as Code (terraform, etc.)
- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration
