We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team, reporting directly to the Director of HR Europe/Asia. This full-cycle recruitment role will manage all hiring of business functions in Europe and Asia (10+ countries), with a critical requirement for demonstrated expertise in commercial talent acquisition across European markets.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for positions across all business functions including technology, finance, marketing, commercial, HR, and administrative roles
- Partner with hiring managers across various departments to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business needs
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies (preferably internal sourcing or through LinkedIn) for different function types, adapting approaches based on role complexity and market availability
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality candidate experience
- Serve as the subject matter expert for commercial recruitment including sales, business development, account management, BDR’s, and commercial leadership roles
- Navigate European employment regulations, cultural differences, and local hiring practices across multiple countries
- Onboarding & Integration: Coordinate all post-signature activities, ensuring smooth (pre-) onboarding, cultural alignment, and clear role expectations.
- Coaching & Engagement: Provide targeted guidance and maintain regular check-ins during probation to boost performance, engagement, and retention both with the new hires and hiring managers.
- Evaluation & Feedback: Track 30/60/90-day milestones, gather feedback, and support data-driven probationary assessments for informed decisions.
- Performance Insights: Offer recommendations on retention strategies based on early performance trends.
- Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for future roles.
- Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives: Support strategies to attract diverse commercial talent.
- Interview Coaching for Managers: Train hiring managers on structured interviews and candidate experience best practices.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience with full-cycle recruiting, with proven successful specialism in commercial recruitment.
- Previous experience in corporate in-house recruitment environment
- Minimum 4-6 years of recruitment experience with demonstrated success across multiple functions
- Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of proven experience specifically recruiting commercial/sales talent across European markets
- Track record of successful placements in at least 3-4 European countries
Competency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English plus working proficiency in at least one additional European language
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and advise at all organizational levels
- Cultural awareness and adaptability for diverse European business environments
Technical Skills
- Expertise with modern recruitment technologies including ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and European job portals
- Advanced search techniques and social media recruiting strategies
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance requirements for recruitment activities
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
