2. Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to support end-to-end HR operations for our India business ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and delivery of an excellent employee experience.
This role will manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, documentation, HR data management, compliance, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
3. Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations: Manage employee documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.
- HR Data & Systems: Maintain HRIS data accuracy and ensure timely updates and reporting. Ensure data integrity across HR systems.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and induction programs for new hires.
- Payroll & Compliance: Liaise with the finance team for payroll-related data and HR metrics. Maintain statutory compliance documentation and assist with audits
- Employee Support: Address general HR-related queries. Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Reporting & Coordination: Assist in preparing monthly HR reports for regional and global stakeholders. Support HR metrics tracking and documentation.
- Culture & Engagement: Support local employee engagement initiatives. Reinforce company values and promote a positive work culture.
- Global HR Collaboration: Contribute to regional and global HR projects as needed.
- Project Support: Support process improvements and HR automation initiatives
4. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA HR preferred)
4–5 years of experience in HR generalist role
Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance, exposure to other Asian countries is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficiency with HR systems and tools
